A simple heuristic, not advice: the % change is over the last 24h (that's what matters for a short swing), but "possible dip/peak" is judged against a full 7-day price range, not just the last 24h - a stock sitting at its 24h high can still be well inside a stable weekly band, which a 24h-only view would call a misleading "peak". Built from prices actually recorded here - newly-tracked stocks show "collecting data", and the range firms up as more of that 7-day window gets recorded.
