Heads-up: "cheapest now" is the single lowest listing, and we can't see how many items are at that price - a big gap (like +50%) is often one lone cheap listing, so check the market before counting on it. Torn's API has no per-item bazaar prices, so the market value stands in for what your bazaar would sell at. Hover an item for what adjusted its margin.
